Return & Exchange Policy: For regular-priced items, you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. For items purchased with discount codes, you have 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To facilitate a return or exchange, please send a photo showing the product's condition to shop@riikyu.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

The product should be unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned with dirt, dog hair, saliva, or other unsanitary conditions may be deemed ineligible for a refund.
